Individual psychotherapy and transformational coaching offer two different, yet supportive approaches to healing and personal growth.
Individual psychotherapy is a clinical mental health service focused on emotional healing, symptom reduction, coping skills, and processing experiences related to anxiety, depression, attachment wounds, relationship distress, and life transitions.
Our work together is supportive, insight-oriented, and attachment-focused approach to emotional healing. Together, we explore relationship patterns, attachment wounds, anxiety, self-worth challenges, emotional overwhelm, boundaries, and life transitions while building healthier relationships, emotional balance, confidence, self-trust, and stronger coping skills through evidence-based psychotherapy approaches.
Transformational coaching is a more expansive, integrative approach focused on creating lasting internal and external change. This work goes beyond symptom management and may include identity shifts, nervous system regulation, relational healing, embodiment practices, confidence building, emotional resilience, and embodied self-trust.
Coaching is future-focused, personalized, and designed to help you reconnect with the version of yourself you are becoming. Because this work blends coaching, therapeutic insight, embodiment, and holistic wellness practices, transformational coaching services are offered outside of the insurance model.
Transformational coaching is designed to support personal growth, confidence, mindset shifts, nervous system regulation, and healthier relationship patterns. This work is future-focused and centered on helping you create aligned, lasting change through a blend of coaching, therapeutic insight, embodiment, and holistic wellness practices. Because these services extend beyond traditional psychotherapy, they are offered outside of the insurance model.
Individual psychotherapy is a clinical mental health service focused on emotional healing, attachment wounds, anxiety, depressed mood, relationship distress, and life transitions. Therapy may include treatment goals, emotional processing, coping strategies, and evidence-based psychotherapy interventions within the scope of clinical care.
While both spaces are supportive and transformative, psychotherapy services are clinically focused and separate from coaching services.
Yes. Insurance is accepted for individual psychotherapy services only.

Clients are encouraged to contact their insurance provider directly to confirm mental health coverage, copay amounts, deductible responsibilities, and eligibility prior to scheduling services.
Transformational coaching and holistic wellness services are private pay only and are not covered by insurance.
Individual psychotherapy is best suited for the woman who feels emotionally overwhelmed, anxious, disconnected, or exhausted from carrying everything on her own. The woman who struggles with overthinking, attachment wounds, relationship anxiety, self-worth challenges, heartbreak, emotional heaviness, or life transitions and desires a supportive space to heal, process emotions, build healthier coping skills, and feel more emotionally safe within herself and her relationships.
Transformational coaching is best suited for the woman who is ready to move beyond simply understanding her healing and begin fully embodying it. The woman who desires more peace, love, emotional freedom, confidence, softness, and alignment in her life and relationships. This work is for women who are ready to break unhealthy relational cycles, stop performing strength, feel safe being supported, and become more secure, grounded, emotionally regulated, and deeply connected to themselves through personal growth, nervous system regulation, relational healing, and embodiment practices.
- Individual Psychotherapy: $175 (Out of Network) | 50-minute session
- Transformational Coaching: $225 | 50-minute session
- 1:1 Therapeutic Yoga: $75 | 50-minute session
- Group Therapeutic Yoga: $50 | 50-minute session
- Sound Bowl Healing & Reiki: $65 | 30-minute session
To honor both your time and the space intentionally reserved for your care, I ask that all cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 48 hours in advance. Sessions canceled within 48 hours, or missed appointments, will incur the full session fee for transformational coaching and a $75 late cancellation fee for individual psychotherapy sessions. This policy supports consistency, commitment, and the integrity of our work together.
