About
You have done the mindset work.
You are self-aware.
You know why you respond the way you do.
You can name the pattern, explain the wound, and understand the trigger.
But knowing has not fully changed the way your body responds.
You still find yourself overthinking, overextending, emotionally attaching, shrinking, controlling, spiraling, or abandoning yourself in moments where you promised yourself you would choose differently.
Not because you are broken.
Because your nervous system, your relational blueprint, and the protective parts of you are still operating from old experiences of survival.
This work is where that begins to shift.

This is not traditional therapy
This is not surface-level coaching.
This is a deeply integrative healing experience that merges relational therapy, somatic work, nervous system regulation, attachment healing, parts work, embodiment, and intuitive self-leadership.
Together, we do not just talk about your healing.
We help your body feel safe enough to live it.

My Story
My path into this work wasn’t just academic—it was deeply personal.
I’ve always been someone who could feel people. Their emotions. Their shifts. Their unspoken experiences. But understanding others—and even understanding yourself—doesn’t always mean you feel anchored within.
I became deeply curious about that gap:
- Why do we know better, but still feel the same?
- Why do patterns continue, even when we’re aware of them?
That curiosity led me to pursue both formal training and holistic practices—so I could support healing at a deeper, more integrated level.
Because I knew:
Real change doesn’t happen through insight alone.
It happens when the body, mind, and nervous system shift together.
My Credentials
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Howard University and a Master of Social Work from the University of Maryland, Baltimore. I am a licensed psychotherapist and currently serve as a Clinical Director, where I lead, supervise, and mentor a team of clinicians in delivering high-quality, trauma-informed care.
In addition to my clinical training, I am also:
- A certified yoga teacher
- Reiki Level I practitioner
- Sound healer
My work integrates both evidence-based therapy and holistic practices, allowing me to support clients in a way that is both grounded and expansive.

The Work I Do
My approach is relational, somatic, and intuitive.
This means:
- We explore how your early experiences shaped your patterns
- We work with your nervous system—not against it
- We pay attention to what your body is communicating
- We shift not just what you think—but how you feel and respond
I don’t believe in surface-level healing.
And I don’t believe you’re meant to stay stuck in cycles you’ve already outgrown.
In our work together, I will:
- Support you
- Challenge you
- Help you build a deeper sense of self-trust
So you can move through life from a place of grounded clarity not survival.
You don’t need to become someone new
You need the space, support, and guidance to return to yourself—
in a way that feels grounded, clear, and aligned.
I would be honored to walk that process with you.
