My Approach
I don’t just help you talk through your experiences.
I help you shift the way your body, mind, and energy respond to them. Because healing isn’t just cognitive. It’s embodied. Together, we don’t just process your past— we repattern how you engage with your present.

The Transformation
Through this work, you will begin to:
- Regulate your nervous system instead of being ruled by emotional intensity.
- Understand your relational patterns with compassion instead of shame.
- Strengthen your boundaries without guilt or over-explaining.
- Reconnect with your body as a source of wisdom, safety, and truth.
- Heal the parts of you that learned to perform, chase, prove, protect, or disconnect.
- Move from survival-based relating into secure, embodied self-leadership.
- Become more grounded, discerning, magnetic, and emotionally free.
This is the shift from:
“Why do I keep repeating this?”
to
“I understand myself, I trust myself, and I choose differently now.”

Ways to work

Transformational Coaching
Transformational Coaching is the approach I use to support you in reconnecting with your body, understanding your relationship patterns, and integrating all parts of who you are. We move beyond just talking or intellectual insight and into deeper, embodied work—where real change happens. By blending attachment-based therapy, somatic awareness, and parts work, you begin to experience yourself differently, not just understand yourself differently.

Individual Psychotherapy
This work is for the woman who appears strong, capable, and put together on the outside, yet quietly carries emotional heaviness, anxiety, or disconnection within.
The woman who keeps replaying conversations in her head.
Who fears being “too much.”
Who craves deep love but struggles to feel emotionally safe within relationships.
Who is navigating heartbreak, transitions, loneliness, anxiety, or the quiet grief of losing herself while trying to be chosen.

Therapeutic Yoga and Nervous System Regulation
Yoga is more than just stretching or movement; it includes breathwork, meditation, and mindful awareness to help you feel more grounded, calm, and connected to your body. It teaches you how to listen inward and move in a way that supports your emotional and physical well-being.
