Somatic Yoga
Somatic Yoga is a gentle, body-centered practice that combines mindful movement, breathwork, and nervous system awareness to help you reconnect with your body’s innate wisdom. Unlike traditional yoga, which often emphasizes achieving specific poses, Somatic Yoga focuses on the internal experience of movement and the sensations within the body. Through slow, intentional practices, you learn to listen to your body’s signals, cultivate greater self-awareness, and develop a deeper sense of safety, presence, and self-trust.
This approach recognizes that stress, emotions, and life experiences are often stored within the body and nervous system. By bringing awareness to these patterns through movement and breath, Somatic Yoga supports the body’s natural capacity for regulation, healing, and resilience.
