Choose the support that aligns with where you are in your journey—transformational coaching, individual therapy, or somatic yoga. Each offering is thoughtfully designed to support nervous system regulation, deepen self-connection, and help you move through life with greater clarity, balance, and ease.

Transformational Coaching

Transformational Coaching is the approach I use to support you in reconnecting with your body, understanding your relationship patterns, and integrating all parts of who you are. We move beyond just talking or intellectual insight and into deeper, embodied work—where real change happens. By blending attachment-based therapy, somatic awareness, and parts work, you begin to experience yourself differently, not just understand yourself differently.

Individual Psychotherapy

Individual therapy is a collaborative space where we explore the emotional, relational, and behavioral patterns impacting your well-being. I support women navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, low self-worth, heartbreak, and emotional overwhelm. Together, we work toward greater self-awareness, emotional regulation, healthier relationships, and lasting personal growth in a supportive, compassionate, and nonjudgmental environment.

Somatic Yoga

Somatic Yoga is a gentle, body-centered practice that combines mindful movement, breathwork, and nervous system awareness to help you reconnect with your body, release tension, and cultivate greater emotional balance. Unlike traditional yoga, the focus is on how movement feels rather than how it looks, creating space for deeper self-awareness, regulation, and healing. Somatic Yoga can help reduce stress and anxiety, improve nervous system regulation, strengthen the mind-body connection, and foster a greater sense of grounding, presence, and self-trust. Available as part of psychotherapy services for clients in Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, DC, as well as for coaching clients worldwide and in standalone sessions.
